Stateline Festivals, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under the section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, to create and stage affordable social, educational, and entertaining events.  The Beloit International Film Festival, our major project, offers entertainment and education opportunities.  More than that, it offers relief to the underprivileged and unrepresented in our community using films as a vehicle for cultural awareness and the opportunity to become more informed of events, politics, and general social conditions of countries outside of the United States.  The festival offers programming and venues selected as a means of enhancing the community image  and improving the quality of life.  Paramount in our efforts is our objective to create an environment for economic growth through events to attract visitors and to support an increase in local retail business. To reach these goals, Stateline Festivals must ensure its financial stability by offering quality events with community support; plan events that accurately represent the diversity of cultures and interests in our surrounding community; and commit to an open invitation to all segments of the community for involvement, participation and partnership.

Visitors to our festival and community can look forward to the genuine character of the Beloit community: unique people and cultural attractions; distinct architectural locations for film showings; and the perfect match in atmosphere and amenities of venues with the films to be shown there.  Stateline Festivals, Inc. is a community builder in attracting 16 corporate sponsors, over 250 volunteers, and municipal and nonprofit partners.  Together, we can celebrate the success of the festival, and send out a powerful message of community teamwork in action.
